SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
A set of written instructions that document a routine or repetitive activity adopted by an Organization in its daily operations. The development and use of SOPs are an integral part of a successful quality system as it provides individuals with the information to perform a job efficiently, and facilities consistency in the quality and integrity of a product or end-result.
Ayu Mudiasih, the speaker for this talk has more than 10 years experience with Mandara Spa since 1996. Apart from running 3 spas and holding various positions in both local and international associations, Ayu owns a consulting company on spa set-ups and management, as well as providing spa related supplies.
